




Job Summary: Responsible for repairing and maintaining facilities in optimal condition, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting periodic inspections. Key Points: 1. Organization and discipline in maintenance routines Repair and maintain facilities of various properties in good condition, as well as support periodic inspection tasks on facilities, buildings, equipment, furniture, and general assets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the annual maintenance plan for various properties * Preventive and corrective maintenance in office buildings, commercial premises, apartments, and parking areas * Perform repairs and adjustments on furniture, doors, windows, and carpentry elements * Address leaks, plumbing installations, and repairs in restrooms and common areas * Carry out general maintenance: painting, basic electrical work, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs * Track incidents and report material or external service requirements * General minor repairs * Reporting of activities performed * Ability to diagnose problems and resolve them efficiently * Organization and discipline in preventive maintenance routines * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork * Inventory management Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 - $14,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
