We are a 100% Mexican company dedicated to providing construction system solutions, including polystyrene products and precast concrete components for the construction industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities * Restore safe equipment operation following a failure * Clean machinery to prevent accumulation of rubber, dust, and debris * Inspect electrical systems (contactors, sensors, visible wiring) * Check oil, grease, and refrigerant levels in equipment * Execute maintenance checklists according to the established schedule * Address and resolve maintenance requests from operational staff promptly and effectively * Comply with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans * Ensure proper execution of the annual maintenance plan * Supervise quality, timelines, and delivery of completed work * Assist in spare parts procurement * Generate reports on defect causes, problem analysis, and implementation of countermeasures * Maintain machinery and tools in good condition; report any anomalies * Develop and monitor maintenance plans **REQUIREMENTS** * University-level Technical Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related field) * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field * Availability to work rotating shifts Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM **WE OFFER** * Direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits: *Social Security *Savings Fund *Grocery vouchers **INTERESTED CANDIDATES:** Please submit your CV and completed application form at Blvd. Hermanos Aldama #7020-A, Col.
