




Job Summary: The Journeyman and Apprentice Carpenter is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of wooden furniture and structures, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. Contribution to customer satisfaction and quality in every delivery. **POSITION: JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER / APPRENTICE CARPENTER** **Job Overview:** The Journeyman and Apprentice Carpenter is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of wooden furniture and structures, ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and on-time delivery. Actively participates in projects both in workshops and on-site, within Mexico City and across various locations throughout the Mexican Republic. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Interpret blueprints, designs, and technical specifications for carpentry projects. \* Perform cutting, assembly, framing, and installation of wooden furniture and structures. \* Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and carpentry machinery. \* Execute finishing work. \* Support on-site furniture installation (residential, commercial, or hospitality). \* Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. \* Comply with company-established quality standards. \* Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of materials when required. **Position Differentiation:** *Journeyman Carpenter:* \* Proven experience in carpentry. \* Ability to work independently. \* Advanced blueprint interpretation skills. \* Process supervision and support to apprentice carpenters. *Apprentice Carpenter:* \* Basic or intermediate experience in carpentry. \* Direct support to journeymen in fabrication and installation processes. \* Fundamental knowledge of tools and materials. \* Willingness to learn and develop within the trade. **Requirements:** \* Carpentry experience (commensurate with position level). \* Proficiency in using tools and machinery. \* Availability to travel within Mexico City and across the Mexican Republic. \* Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. \* Good physical condition. **Working Conditions:** \* Workshop and on-site work. \* Variable working hours depending on project (overtime compensated). \* Possibility of out-of-town assignments (per diems covered per company policy). **Job Objective:** Contribute to the proper execution of the company’s carpentry projects, ensuring quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction in every delivery.
