Position Requested: **ELECTROSTATIC PAINTER (POWDER)** **Job Requirements** * Secondary education * Minimum 2 years of experience * Knowledge of electrostatic powder coating; knowledge and operation of patching booth and oven. * Precision and attention to detail * Ability to work under production timelines * Residence near the area or, alternatively, ability to commute and availability of time. **Responsibilities** * Application of electrostatic powder coating on metal parts * Ensuring paint adhesion and thickness according to specifications * Surface preparation * Handling paint at various thicknesses * Operation of electrostatic spray guns and adjustment of parameters (voltage, pressure, distance) * Cleaning and preparation of materials * Quality control (defect detection: cracks, bubbles, irregularities) * Basic maintenance of painting equipment and booths * Industrial safety (use of PPE) * Use of tools Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
