Teamwork and attention to detail Job Description: Housekeeper Position Objective Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and immaculate presentation of assigned hotel rooms and areas, adhering to established quality, hygiene, and service standards to provide guests with a pleasant and comfortable experience. Duties and Responsibilities * General room cleaning (making beds, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting). * Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (sinks, showers, toilets, mirrors, and amenities). * Restocking linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats). * Placing amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). * Inspecting furniture condition and reporting damages or maintenance needs. * Proper handling of cleaning chemicals. * Cleaning hallways, common areas, or assigned spaces. * Sorting soiled linens for laundry. * Reporting guest-returned forgotten items (lost-and-found items). * Adhering to operationally defined cleaning timeframes. * Assisting with checkout, occupied, and blocked rooms. * Following safety and hygiene protocols. Requirements * Minimum education level: Completed elementary or junior high school. * Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year in hospitality, cleaning, or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of cleaning product handling. * Good physical condition (standing work and constant movement). * Flexible schedule availability (rotating shifts).
