Focus on quality and food safety standards **First Flexographic Officer** **Department:** Production **Reports to:** Flexographic Operator **Education:** Completed secondary school **Position Objective** Support the proper operation of narrow-web flexographic presses, ensuring appropriate material preparation, cliché mounting, and compliance with quality standards, with emphasis on learning and development toward the Operator position. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the Flexographic Operator in machine setup and startup. * Perform cliché mounting and anilox roller replacement. * Prepare materials according to production orders. * Identify basic quality defects during the printing process. * Support quality inspections and product sampling. * Collaborate in preventive and predictive maintenance activities for the press. * Comply with operating procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and correct use of PPE. * Support the operator and cover their absence when required. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 1–3 years as a flexographic printing assistant. * Experience with narrow-web flexographic presses. * Basic knowledge of: * Cliché mounting * Material preparation * Printing quality defects * Knowledge of press preventive maintenance. * Handling of anilox rollers. * Computer skills: Not required. * English: Not required. **Competencies** * Teamwork * Effective communication and active listening * Customer service * Time management * Analysis and problem solving * Quality assurance * Mathematical ability * Continuous learning * Leadership * Occupational hygiene habits **We Offer** **Statutory and above-statutory benefits** **12-hour shifts (day and night) 4x3** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
