Ongoing training in automotive mechanics. **ECOLOGICAL SERVICES IN MAINTENANCE AND SANITATION S.A. de C.V.** invites you to join us as: **“Diesel Mechanic Assistant”** **Objective:** To support the mechanical team in performing minor preventive and corrective maintenance on the vehicle fleet, ensuring order, cleanliness, and the availability of tools and spare parts to guarantee workshop operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** · Assist in oil, filter, and lubricant changes. · Support general lubrication of critical vehicle components (chassis, suspensions, etc.). · Collaborate in inspecting and adjusting brake and suspension systems (tightening nuts, checking brake pads, etc.). · Assist the lead mechanic in disassembling and assembling parts and components (engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems). · Perform deep cleaning of parts and components for repair or inspection. · Conduct basic diagnostics using scanners or computerized tools (under supervision). **Requirements:** · Education: Currently enrolled student or graduate of a Technical Program in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems. · Experience: 1 year of experience in mechanical workshops, automotive service, or maintenance departments (may include professional practice or social service). · Prior experience as a general workshop assistant is highly valued. · Must reside in Toluca or surrounding areas. **We Offer:** · Salary: $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 per month. · Direct employment with the company. · Statutory benefits from day one. · Training. · Attendance and Punctuality Bonus. · Birthday Bonus. · Semi-annual food allowance. · Free uniforms. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
