Position Summary: We are seeking a supervisor with experience in managing cleaning equipment and techniques, waste management, and personnel supervision to ensure and improve procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and assurance of activities according to procedures. 2. Development and improvement of cleaning procedures. 3. Supervision and coordination of assigned personnel. Gender: No preference. Age: 30 to 45 years old. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the position. **Skills and Qualifications:** \- Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation, such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, blowers, pressure washers, etc. \- Knowledge of cleaning tools and materials, including use of fibers, brushes, chemical products, etc. \- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for carpets, upholstery, glass, bathroom cleaning, etc. \- Knowledge of handling organic, inorganic, infectious biological, and hazardous waste. **Main Activities or Functions:** \- Supervision and assurance of activities according to procedures. \- Development and improvement of cleaning procedures. \- Preparation of reports and follow-up on identified anomalies. \- Creation of checklists and logs for routine cleaning tasks. \- Preparation of payroll pre-lists. \- Incident control. \- Supervision and coordination of assigned personnel.
