Manage technical and operational teams We are looking for a **Railway Maintenance and Operations Leader** to lead and coordinate operational activities at a railway terminal. If you have experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as project supervision, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (graduated or intern) in: Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical; Transportation or Railway Industrial; Mechatronics; or Civil Engineering (with experience in railway infrastructure) * Intermediate-to-advanced English * Knowledge of mechanics and electricity Operation of pumping equipment, industrial hoses, valves, discharge systems, and auxiliary equipment. * Operation of diesel-powered equipment * Experience in supplier management and relations * Proficiency in AutoCAD (reviewing and modifying drawings) * Experience supervising personnel * Availability for field and office work * Experience managing permits **Responsibilities:** * Supervise maintenance and operation of railway equipment * Coordinate technical and operational teams * Manage procurement of spare parts and equipment * Review technical drawings and reports in AutoCAD * Ensure compliance with safety standards * Report progress and requirements to management **We Offer:** * Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 per month * Company vehicle * Cafeteria service **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Location:** Acolman Municipality, State of Mexico (Los Angeles neighborhood) If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, we invite you to apply through this channel or send your CV via **WhatsApp** to 55 6619 2049.
