




Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial engineer to conduct quality tests and inspections, coordinate external audits, and manage non-conforming products at various manufacturing stages. Support for equipment and measurement instrument maintenance. Perform meticulous tests and inspections on products at various stages of the manufacturing process. The objective is to ensure quality control by verifying compliance with specifications and quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Conduct and coordinate inspections with external companies at the client’s facilities. Preparation of daily quality reports. In-process product inspection. Inspection and release of finished products. Identification and recording of non-conforming products. Support for calibration activities to ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and measurement instruments. Accurate completion of records. Implementation of 6S in their area. Compliance with standards and procedures. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. Report all findings and non-conformities affecting the product’s ability to meet requested or agreed-upon quality standards to production. Capable of mitigating the impact of potential quality issues through negotiations, corrective actions, and countermeasures, as well as following up on assignments established during root cause analyses. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Basic English. Industrial Engineering. Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required (weekly fuel allowance provided). Laptop required.
