Position Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Designer with experience in horizontal and vertical housing projects to develop, integrate, and supervise architectural projects, including construction details and presentations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural project development and integration. 2. Preparation of construction details and on-site supervision. 3. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray. * Architectural project development and integration. * Preparation of construction details. * Preparation of meeting minutes and on-site supervision. * Preparation of architectural presentations. * Preparation of reports and updates to the executive project. * Delivery of drawings to site supervisors and contractors. **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with expertise in:\- AutoCAD 2D and 3D, intermediate and/or advanced level.** * \- Revit * \- SketchUp \+ V-Ray * \- Microsoft Office Suite. **Minimum 2 years of experience as a designer for horizontal and vertical housing projects.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $24,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
