Our work is sustained by the support of donors, companies, and strategic partners. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience coordinating campaigns and/or events. * Proficiency in operational execution: briefs, timelines, deliverable tracking, and vendor management. * Experience with digital advertising (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads) and performance reporting. * Excellent writing skills and sound judgment for content review/approval. * Strong organizational, leadership, and detail-oriented skills; ability to work under pressure during event seasons. **Responsibilities:** * Execute strategic marketing plans per campaign/event, ensuring compliance with all 15 key points and associated deliverables. * Coordinate with agencies on creative concept development (briefing, validation, revisions, and approval). * Supervise content and materials (digital, print, audiovisual) aligned with institutional identity. * Manage relationships with media outlets, partners, and influencers (MX/USA) for coverage and positioning. * Administer and optimize social media investment (strategy, configuration, monitoring, and reporting). * Ensure timely updates across platforms and portals (website, Eventbrite, or others). * Prepare periodic performance reports and continuous improvement analyses (KPIs per campaign/event). * Actively participate in institutional activities and day-of-event operations (branding, media, photo/video, acknowledgments, and closing). * Lead the team under your supervision. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative work environment. * Executive schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Work Location: Fundación Castro Limón A.C. **Avenida Paseo del Río 7174, Río Tijuana 3ra Etapa, Tijuana, Baja California, México, C.P. 22226** * Training and professional development opportunities within a socially impactful organization. * Participation in high-impact social events and the opportunity to transform the lives of children with cancer. * Employee benefits package including free laboratory tests for employees and immediate family members, as well as a food assistance program, among others.
