Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare itemized catalogs, interpret construction drawings, and coordinate with design and construction teams. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in public and/or private construction projects 2. Expert proficiency in Opus/Neodata, Excel, SketchUp, REVIT 3. Preparation of detailed catalogs of construction items and costs Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Essential Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience working on public and/or private construction projects; Intermediate or expert level proficiency in Opus 2010–2014 (preferably) or Neodata; Expert proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; SketchUp, REVIT; Knowledge: Reading of construction drawings, bill of quantities, and cost estimation; Preparation of detailed itemized catalogs covering all requirements for proper execution; Close collaboration with design, pre-construction, construction, and budget control departments to ensure effective project communication; Requesting quotations and preparing comparative analyses to ensure optimal cost and quality; Excellent interpretation of construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documents; Competencies: Numerical aptitude, Communication, Organization, Customer service orientation. * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Work location: Roma–Condesa, CDMX * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: Hybrid remote work in Mexico City, CDMX
