Work location: Chihuahua * Local personnel mandatory **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction execution in accordance with plans and specifications * Verify compliance with timelines and tasks according to the construction schedule * Coordinate among suppliers, subcontractors, and client **What do we value?** * 2–5 years of experience supervising civil construction projects * Interest in on-site work * Strong customer service, communication, results-oriented, problem-solving, and proactive skills. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer or Surveying Engineer.
