Skills: · Proactive. · Ability to work under pressure. · Teamwork. · Knowledge of retail construction. · Knowledge of electrical materials and drywall. Responsibilities: · Administrative management. · Supervision and execution of construction projects. · Monitoring scheduled maintenance. · Budget preparation. · Payment management and supplier communication. · Team coordination. Quality control. Interpretation of drawings (A.C.C., electrical, and finishing). Autocad proficiency.
