We seek to integrate into our team a **BIM Modeler** with solid technical experience, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively on vertical construction projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (preferably graduated). * Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience in architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Proficiency in BIM methodology and solid technical knowledge of construction. * Experience in foundations, steel and concrete structures. * Participation in vertical construction projects. * High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively **Responsibilities** * Development of BIM models for executive and construction projects. * Creation and management of customized BIM families according to project requirements. * Preparation of drawings, quantity take-offs, reports, catalogs, and technical specifications. * Ensuring coordination, consistency, and updating of technical documentation. * Participation in progress meetings and interdisciplinary reviews (architecture, structure, and MEP). * Support in clash detection and resolution.
