Location: Zapopan, Jalisco. **Job Requirements** * Minimum completed education: Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Ability to commute to the facility. * At least 3 years of experience in production and manufacturing. **Job Responsibilities** * Promote the productivity of the production plant. * Review, supervise, and ensure compliance with policies, BMPs, procedures, and regulations. * Manage and supervise assigned personnel. * Report and follow up on misconduct by operational staff. * Organize and optimize assigned operational staff. * Handle conflicts. * Supervise and ensure proper handling of production materials, machinery, and molds. * Ensure accurate completion of forms, records, check sheets, and production reports across various departments. * Execute the daily production plan as stipulated. * Ensure achievement of production targets and objectives. * Promote and verify safety within the production plant. * Review proper use of assigned tools and consumables in the production plant. * Supervise appropriate training of operational staff across various production areas. * Submit daily production report. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Job stability. * Permanent employment. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund: 13%. * Bi-weekly food vouchers. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Rotating shifts: Morning shift (6:00 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.), Evening shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:10 p.m.).
