A prominent company dedicated to the construction sector is seeking a **Safety and Hygiene Supervisor** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Completion of permits, checklists, and EHS documentation. * Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in safety and hygiene. * Knowledge of FEMSA processes. **Knowledge:** * Applicable legislation and regulations. * Supervision of high-risk activities and diverse construction disciplines. Conducting risk matrices and ASTs. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Supervise regulatory compliance on site and proper use of personal protective equipment. * Deliver and follow up on daily 5-minute safety, health, and environmental talks. * Ensure personnel are familiar with emergency protocols and safety standards. * Disseminate safety controls and emergency response plans. * Investigate workplace accidents and propose corrective actions. * Conduct safety walkthroughs, inspections, and generate inspection reports. * Verify daily condition of safety equipment, machinery, and tools. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits: year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, life insurance. * Immediate hiring. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
