Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: May 11, 2026 Working Hours: 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm Description: **GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** To systematically and consistently generate reports and indicators requested by instructions from the Operational Coordination of Processes and Packaging Technology and/or the Operational Excellence Supervision, concerning operational results with quality, reliability, and excellence. **MAIN FUNCTIONS** 1\. What does it do? Generate operational indicators promptly. How does it do it? By producing information and analysis of indicators, reports, operational alerts, as well as conducting audit visits, providing advisory services, and training staff on tool usage. Why does it do it? To achieve unified knowledge, maintain indicators under control, and avoid rework and unnecessary reprocessing that incur costs and degrade service in assigned regional areas. 2\. What does it do? Monitor and track progress under the supervision of the Operational Excellence Supervisor and the Operational Excellence Analyst. How does it do it? By analyzing data and trends. Why does it do it? To effectively assess progress toward objectives established in the operational improvement strategic plan. 3\. What does it do? Track operational projects. How does it do it? By supporting projects managed by the department, implementing improvements beneficial to operations, and harmonizing integration of parallel projects. Why does it do it? To keep operational management up to date—especially in information systems that benefit not only customers but the company overall for decision-making purposes. 4\. What does it do? Respond immediately to contingencies. How does it do it? Through operational contingency situations, a team of personnel is available to deploy immediately to address emergencies, empowered sufficiently to make decisions and resolve issues. Why does it do it?
