We seek a dynamic leader for the evening shift, capable of orchestrating service excellence while motivating their team to reach new sales goals within the vibrant atmosphere of El Parián. ### Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Supervise floor and bar staff during the shift, ensuring each team member meets the brand’s quality standards. Service Excellence: Serve as the guardian of the customer experience, guaranteeing prompt, friendly, and professional service. Sales Orientation: Train and motivate the team on suggestive selling techniques to increase the average ticket value. Conflict Resolution: Proactively and empathetically resolve any issues with customers or internal team situations. Shift Management: Oversee shift opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and achievement of daily targets. ### Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles (restaurants/hospitality). Proactive Attitude: Someone who doesn’t wait for things to happen—they make them happen. Soft Skills: Assertive communication, positive leadership, and high tolerance for pressure. Results-Oriented: Ability to work under sales and quality objectives. ### Offer Details Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM (with one weekday day off).
