We seek your talent as **Warehouse Leader** **General Objective:** Ensure proper warehouse operation through accurate receipt, registration, storage, control, and distribution of goods, safeguarding inventory integrity and compliance with company-established procedures. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Supervise and execute the goods receipt process, verifying quantities, quality, and corresponding documentation. * Accurately record all inbound and outbound movements in the ERP system. * Organize and maintain warehouse order, ensuring proper product placement according to internal standards (FIFO or other rotation methods). * Conduct cyclical, monthly, and annual inventories, ensuring accuracy and generating variance or incident reports. * Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify reordering needs or overstock situations. * Prepare, pick, and deliver materials or products to respective departments per established procedures. * Ensure correct preparation, packaging, and documentation of goods for dispatch. * Supervise assigned personnel to ensure task execution, procedural compliance, safety regulations, and scheduling of staff work hours. * Inspect physical condition of products, reporting any damage, deterioration, or irregularities detected. * Maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety, complying with corporate policies. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory, movements, and departmental activities. * Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Administration, and Inventory departments to facilitate information flow and internal operations. **Job Requirements:** Logistics, Administration, or related degree +4 years in similar positions Inventory control and receipt/picking processes Documentation handling: purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices Knowledge of rotation methods (FIFO/LIFO) ERP systems or inventory management platforms Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency **Competencies and Skills (Soft Skills)** * High sense of responsibility and integrity * Organization, order, and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Assertive communication * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity and results orientation * Leadership and staff supervision * Analytical thinking Schedule: - Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. 1-hour lunch break Statutory Benefits 15-day year-end bonus 100% Social Security coverage 12 vacation days per year 25% vacation premium 10% discount on company products Base salary: $2,700 + up to $1,500 weekly bonuses, **$4,200 gross weekly** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 – $4,200.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Workplace: On-site employment
