




Job Summary: We are seeking a Spa Hostess / Concierge to ensure an impeccable and personalized experience, responsible for reception and common areas with excellence in service. Daily logistical coordination and post-treatment customer care Casa Thai Spa, recognized in the western zone of Mexico City for its excellence in wellness and hospitality, is currently undergoing expansion. We are looking to integrate a **Spa Hostess / Concierge** into our team, responsible for ensuring an impeccable and personalized experience for each customer from arrival through their entire stay. **Position Objective** To be responsible for the reception and common areas experience, ensuring order, hospitality, operational efficiency, and service excellence. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and bid farewell to customers professionally and warmly. * Manage the spa’s schedule (appointment booking, confirmation, and follow-up). * Attend to customers through all channels (in-person, telephone, messaging, etc.). * Process payments, manage sales receipts and basic invoicing, as well as other spa administrative tasks. * Coordinate daily logistics with therapists to ensure punctuality and smooth delivery of services. * Attend to customers before and after treatments at all times, particularly by offering complimentary beverages and snacks in the relaxation area. * Maintain spa common areas in optimal condition (tidiness, cleanliness, music, aroma, and ambiance). * Support promotion of treatments, memberships, products, and gift cards. **Ideal Profile** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality (spa, hotels, wellness, or upscale restaurants). * Experience managing schedules and processing customer payments. * Excellent personal presentation. * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively during peak demand periods. * Reside near Interlomas or have convenient transportation access. **Schedule** * Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00–20:00 hrs * Saturday: 09:00–18:00 hrs * Sunday: 09:00–15:00 hrs Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discount * Sick leave days * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Hospitality: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
