Support financial decision-making **Xperiencia Laboral is seeking a General Accountant in Iztapalapa, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** Job Objective: Ensure the gas station’s accounting and tax control, guaranteeing accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and support for financial decision-making. Responsibilities: * Tax calculation. * Analysis of information for preparation of financial statements. * Payroll processing. * Monthly tax returns, annual tax returns, provisional and annual tax payments. * Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable; recording of income, expenses, assets, and depreciation. * Supervising and validating accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Annual Forecast. * Review of issued and received CFDIs (Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet). * Monitoring of the tax mailbox. * Maintaining an organized and up-to-date accounting and tax filing system.
