Supplier development and preparation of performance indicator reports (KPIs) Corporate and Administrative City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Mar 20, 2026 Schedule: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Description: **STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Position Objective.** Ensure procurement of goods and services at the lowest possible total cost, with appropriate quality and at the right time, minimizing risks and maximizing value through analysis and information generation while ensuring compliance with current purchasing policies. **Job Functions or Activities.** * Review and analyze internal purchase requests. * Analyze historical purchase data (consumption). * Identify opportunities for cost savings or purchase consolidation. * Identify opportunities for supply chain improvement. * Identify cost reduction opportunities. * Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, delivery times). * Review and analyze contracts. * Monitor risks (inflation, scarcity, regulatory changes). * Monitor deliveries. * Execute procurement processes for materials, services, and investments (fixed assets) required for cyclical operations or special projects. * Prepare comparative analyses. * Develop new suppliers. * Prepare reports and performance indicators (KPIs such as savings, compliance, turnover). * Utilize technological or digital enablers (e.g., B2B platforms, RPA\-Procurement Bots). * Support other procurement categories (low-value assets, uniforms, personal protective equipment, spare parts, corporate services, etc.) **Requirements.** * Experience in administrative and operational procurement functions * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree completed). * Advanced English (preferred). * Experience supporting a large number of users. * Customer service orientation. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency. * SAP experience. **What We Offer You** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Monthly productivity bonus * Career development plan
