In this full\-time role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential cash buyers, verifying their financial ability to purchase, and ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications. **This position is remote in Mexico** **Compensation:** $4 \- $6 hourly **Responsibilities:*** Make cold calls to potential cash buyers. * Qualify buyers by confirming proof of funds and financial capability. * Maintain and update buyer information in our system. * Communicate effectively with buyers to gather necessary details. * Schedule follow\-ups and property showings for qualified buyers. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience in real estate, cold calling, or a similar sales role. * Ability to qualify cash buyers and understand real estate financials. * Strong communication skills and professionalism. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. * Full\-time availability during US EST working hours **About Company** JG Equity is a non\-traditional real estate firm that focuses on investment properties in residential real estate.
