JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the **timely and efficient supply** of raw materials, production inputs, spare parts, and services required for the operation of the **pineapple production plant in Loma Bonita, Oaxaca**, through proper procurement management, supplier negotiation, and administrative control—avoiding production stoppages and cost overruns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement and Supply * Procure raw materials, production inputs, indirect materials, and spare parts for the plant. * Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms. * Prepare purchase orders and track them until receipt. Supplier Management * Evaluate, select, and develop local and external suppliers. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database. * Monitor and follow up on incidents related to deliveries, quality, or invoicing. Administrative Control * Receive and validate purchase requisitions from various departments. * Verify that purchases comply with the approved budget. * Coordinate with the warehouse for material receipt, inspection, and documentation. * Maintain procurement documentation and reporting. Operational and Production Support * Ensure continuous supply to prevent production stoppages. * Handle urgent purchases in coordination with Production and Maintenance. * Support internal and external audits related to procurement. REQUIREMENTS Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field. * Technical degree with verifiable experience (preferred). Experience * **2 to 4 years** of experience in procurement or supply chain. * Experience in **production plants, agro-industry, or food industry** (preferred). * Direct interaction with suppliers and negotiation experience. Knowledge * Procurement and supply processes. * Handling of quotations and purchase orders. * Inventory control. * Invoicing and basic documentation. * Intermediate Excel skills. * ERP system experience preferred.
