Join us and "estafétalo"! **Location**: Cuauhtemoc, CDMX. **Position Objective** * Manage Estafeta’s procurement of goods and services in accordance with purchasing policies, through supplier negotiation and cost control, ensuring optimal conditions and compliance with quality, timeliness, and internal customer service standards. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed undergraduate degree in any administrative or management-related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, data analysis, negotiation, and ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams. * Advanced customer service skills. * **Intermediate English** (preferred). * **SAP proficiency** (preferred). **Key Responsibilities** * Procure goods and services while ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery. * Negotiate with suppliers and manage commercial agreements. * Track purchase orders and keep internal users informed. * Use SAP and digital tools to monitor and improve the procurement process. **What We Offer** * Monthly performance bonus. * Bonuses exceeding statutory requirements. * Life insurance, savings fund, and retirement savings plan. * Grocery vouchers with an additional 10%. **Why Join Estafeta?** At Estafeta, we promote equal opportunity.
