




Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Import Executive to manage and optimize the international procurement process, ensuring timely supply and regulatory compliance. Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate international logistics A telecommunications company undergoing expansion invites you to join its team as: **Procurement and Import Executive** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Graduates only.** Minimum 5 years of experience in international procurement of goods and services and import operations, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or home appliance sectors. **Objective:** To manage and optimize the international procurement process, ensuring timely product supply at the lowest total cost, with guaranteed quality and full compliance with current customs and logistics regulations. **Responsibilities:** · Identify, evaluate, and develop international suppliers. · Prepare quotations and manage procurement of products and services, ensuring proper material control. · Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, Incoterms, and payment methods with suppliers. · Promote and develop contracts with foreign and logistics suppliers. · Issue and track international purchase orders. · Liaise with and manage customs brokerage agencies. · Carry out customs clearance and customs operations, including revalidation of shipping guides, pre-clearance reviews, preparation of letters, tax determination, and shipment release. · Coordinate international logistics, transportation, and customs clearance. · Ensure regulatory compliance (customs, certifications, permits). · Control import costs (freight, duties, taxes, insurance). · Manage incidents: delays, shortages, quality issues, documentation discrepancies. · Domestic transportation. · Control recurring foreign payments. · Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics agents. · Prepare cost, timeline, and supplier performance reports. **Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in current customs legislation (TIGIE, Customs Law, RLCE, RLA). · Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.). · Tariff classification (user level). · International logistics (maritime, air, and land). · Preparation of value declarations. · Import costing and pricing structure. · Import documentation. · Tax requirements for domestic CFDI. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. · Integration of expense accounts and reconciliation with customs brokers. · Accounting closeouts for foreign purchases. · Experience with any ERP system. **Nominal salary offer, PSL.** Interested candidates may apply through this channel; we will contact you shortly.
