




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to attend to and follow up with customers, manage orders, and coordinate with internal departments, ensuring high-quality service. Pueblo Nuevo, Vizarrón de Montes, Cadereyta de Montes, Querétaro C.P. 76526** **Main Responsibilities** * Attend to and follow up with customers via telephone, email, and internal platforms. * Receive, review, and enter purchase orders into the system. * Verify product availability, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Track orders from confirmation through final delivery. * Coordinate with **warehouse, logistics, sales, and production** departments to ensure on-time deliveries. * Handle complaints, clarifications, and returns in accordance with quality processes. * Maintain continuous communication with customers to inform them of order status. * Record all information in internal systems and reports. * Support administrative tasks within the commercial or logistics department. **Key Skills and Competencies** * Professional communication and courteous demeanor. * Organization and accuracy in data entry and tracking. * Ability to work under strict delivery timelines. * Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making. * Patience, empathy, and service orientation. * Teamwork with operational departments (sales, logistics, warehouse). * Basic knowledge of logistics documentation (delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices). **Profile Requirements** * Experience in customer service, sales, logistics, or administration (minimum 1 year). * Proficiency in Excel and administrative/ERP systems. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Completed high school diploma or technical/administrative degree. * Availability to work in dynamic environments with a high volume of requests.
