




Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to manage purchase orders, coordinate shipments, and optimize processes, ensuring final delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and dynamic work environment. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field. * Skills: Teamwork ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Tracking and managing purchase orders from issuance through final delivery. * Preparing, packing, and verifying orders for dispatch. * Managing and monitoring accounts with courier companies, including generating shipping labels and tracking shipments. * Coordinating shipments and monitoring deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment. * Maintaining and updating logistics records in the management system. * Preparing internal quotations related to logistics and distribution. * Supporting logistics process optimization to improve operational timelines and costs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, order management, or related areas. * Familiarity with courier and logistics platform operations. * Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate order and shipment management. * Proficiency in computer tools and logistics management systems (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * On-site work mode. **Location: Tonalá, Jalisco** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Office: 1 year (preferred) Language: * Basic English (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
