We seek a candidate capable of providing administrative support, ensuring control and tracking of activities related to human resources, fuel, procurement, work equipment, and recurring services—contributing to timely personnel support and proper operational functioning. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology * Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support, Human Resources (payroll incidents, disabilities, answering inquiries), inventory control (uniforms and supplies), procurement, and supplier relations * Solid knowledge of: Administrative management, resource control, Human Resources processes, procurement management, and document control * Skills: Responsibility and reliability, proactivity, service orientation, time management, and prioritization * Technical Tools: Proficiency in PC, Office, and basic Excel **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as the communication liaison between branch staff and the central office Human Resources department. * Receive, process, and route staff requests regarding savings accounts, payroll incidents, disabilities, and payment clarifications. * Track Human Resources procedures, verifying completeness of information, recording each request, and forwarding it to the central office until resolution. * Disseminate internal announcements and provide staff with updates on the status of their procedures, resolving questions or redirecting them to the appropriate department. * Manage procurement of administrative and technical uniforms, gathering area-specific needs per established guidelines. * Distribute, track, and safeguard uniforms, boots, tools, and work equipment, ensuring corresponding responsibility acknowledgments are signed. * Administer and safeguard physical or digital responsibility acknowledgments for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, tools, and other equipment assigned to staff. * Maintain updated records of equipment assignments, modifications, returns, and cancellations, ensuring traceability and inventory control. * Manage fuel supply, collecting weekly requirements per area or unit. * Support weekly fuel distribution, validating authorized amounts and ensuring correct application and timeliness. * Monitor internal fuel consumption, tracking variations and reporting or clarifying any detected incidents. * Manage and control procurement of cleaning supplies and office supplies, identifying needs and requesting timely replenishments. * Manage procurement and distribution of stationery, gathering requirements and ensuring proper delivery. * Track facility maintenance, reporting incidents, requesting services, and verifying resolution and closure. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: $12,000 gross (paid biweekly) * Statutory benefits * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary * IMSS coverage from Day 1 * Vacation and vacation premium at 25% as stipulated by law * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Major Medical Expense Insurance starting from Month 7 **At Idealease Bajío, we are a company recognized for our operational excellence, high service standards, and business model positioning us as the #1 provider of fleet rental and management solutions.
