Coordination and tracking of material delivery logistics **Job Objective** Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of materials and services required on-site through quotation, negotiation, and logistical tracking processes, guaranteeing quality, cost, and delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive material and service requisitions from construction sites. * Obtain quotations from at least 2–3 suppliers for each requirement. * Analyze price comparisons, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and quality. * Negotiate costs, credit terms, discounts, and delivery timelines with suppliers. * Generate and track purchase orders. * Coordinate delivery logistics to ensure materials arrive on-site on time and in full. * Monitor in-transit orders closely and resolve delivery issues. * Verify that received materials match the requested quantities and specifications. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier catalog and market pricing information. * Identify and develop new competitive suppliers. * Monitor and report cost deviations or supply delays. * Coordinate with site managers, warehouse staff, and the administrative department. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 3–5 years in procurement within the construction sector. * Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and related services. * Experience negotiating with suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate\-advanced level). **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Effective negotiation * Cost analysis * Sense of urgency * Clear communication * Problem solving * Supplier rotation and development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
