Knowledge of general and critical services **Job Objective** Support the technical, operational and administrative activities of the CAPEX Sourcing Categories department. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Manage the digital and physical filing of RCs and all related documents — RFs, design bases, detailed engineering, concept catalogs, drawings, blueprints, URS, quotations, comparative analyses and purchase requisitions. * Prepare departmental KPI reports as well as scheduling for CAPEX Sourcing processes. * Support the preparation and authorization of purchase requests generated by the department. * Support the management of the authorized supplier portfolio. Experience * Pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry (1 year) * Project management (1 year). Knowledge * Basic knowledge of general services (chilled water, raw water, potable water, softened water, plant steam and condensate, air and vacuum distribution, etc). * Basic knowledge of critical services (water for injection, raw water, potable water, softened water, plant steam and condensate, air and vacuum distribution, etc). * Intermediate Microsoft Office.
