Negotiation skills and ability to expand the supplier portfolio Join our team—we are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically interior construction and finishing materials * Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP SAP B1; familiarity with general construction materials procurement—including drywall, electrical supplies, hardware, plumbing, metals, particleboard, etc. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Expand the supplier portfolio * Procure materials on time and as required * Prepare requested quotations * Select optimal prices, terms, and conditions from selected suppliers * Prepare procurement reports with cost-saving indicators * Track orders until receipt * Identify and contact wholesale suppliers and manufacturers * Monitor and review supplier invoices for payment scheduling Ensure quotations align with budget, reflect market-competitive price ranges, and offer alternatives * Skills * Negotiation ability * Organized * Service-oriented attitude Responsible and committed * We Offer Gross monthly salary of 14,500 Statutory Benefits + Benefits Above Statutory Requirements Work schedule: Monday to Friday
