Your mission will be to manage the procurement process, ensuring our operations never halt, while guaranteeing high-quality supplies under optimal commercial conditions. **Responsibilities** * **Strategic Management:** Request, compare, and analyze quotations to make the best purchasing decision. * **Negotiation:** Agree on prices, payment terms, and warranties with suppliers. * **End-to-End Control:** Generate purchase orders and track them until materials are received. * **Suppliers:** Maintain and evaluate our supplier catalog, consistently pursuing excellence. * **Reporting:** Prepare savings reports and measure departmental efficiency. * **Organization:** Coordinate with Accounting to ensure orderly payment flows. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar procurement or purchasing roles. **Work Details:** * **Location:** Santa Fe. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM **If you meet the requirements, apply through this channel!** Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
