Integration of information for financial analysis ### **Distribuidora Los Gallos is a leading company importing and distributing fashion jewelry, cosmetics, stationery, toys, home goods, and more—with over 25 years in the market.** ### **Join our outstanding team as: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Incomplete bachelor’s degree * Experience: 1–2 years, verifiable * Gender: Unrestricted **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request tax information from customers and verify its completeness * Follow up on billing requests within the established timeframe * Input baseline data for billing * Verify that issued invoices match receipts, sales records, or reports * Assist in populating databases * Send invoices to customers once issued * Track pending invoices to be issued * Process inventory purchases/entries in SAE * Support scheduling and control of accounts payable * Identify deposits and transfers received without clear reference * File sales notes and branch notes * Update baseline files * Daily income tracking * Invoice reconciliation * Payment follow-up * Data entry into predefined financial templates * Support monthly administrative closing: * File organization * Document validation * Support integration of information for weekly reports and financial results * Maintain organized and updated digital folders * Prepare lists of unidentified transactions for analysis * Integrate baseline information for: Cash flow Income vs. expenses Billing vs. collections * Detect and report: Billing delays Payments not reflected Clear operational deviations * Follow up on already authorized financial commitments **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** Electronic invoicing (basic CFDI) Invoice types: PPD / PUE Basic tax documentation (RFC, CFDI usage, tax regime) Financial administrative control Document filing and control Monthly administrative closing processes Internal financial policies Basic–intermediate Excel: Tables Filters Data validations Simple formulas Administrative system / SAE proficiency (desirable) Digital information organization Clear drafting of formal emails Tracking and managing pending items Basic operational reporting ### **OUR OFFERING** Monthly salary: $12,500 net + Statutory benefits + Uniform + Ongoing training + Career growth Biweekly payment via BBVA payroll Work location: Downtown CDMX (2 blocks from Zócalo or Pino Suárez) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with 1-hour lunch break on weekdays ### **Interested candidates meeting the profile should submit an updated CV through this channel; we will contact you shortly.**
