Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, filters). Receiving, reviewing, and recording supplier invoices according to internal policies and current regulations. Verifying purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation. Reconciling supplier account statements and resolving discrepancies. Scheduling and tracking supplier payments, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. Physical and digital control and filing of accounting documentation. Supporting monthly accounting closings and preparing departmental reports. · **Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail. Teamwork ability and effective communication.
