Administrative Assistant Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the organization’s proper daily operations through efficient document management, inventory control, tracking of operational activities, support for procurement and sales departments, and handling of key administrative processes that contribute to business growth and resource optimization. Main Responsibilities Process expense invoices, sales notes, invoices, payment supplements, and credit notes. Maintain control, tracking, and custody of tools assigned to staff. Prepare reports on bonuses, commissions, overtime, vacations, internal policies, uniforms, and vehicle maintenance. Assist with administrative procedures, work permits, and documentation required for client operations and payment management. Generate periodic sales reports.
