Generation of unit status reports **Job Mission:** Coordinate equipment repair activities, ensuring they are carried out correctly and efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receiving equipment for workshop repair. * Equipment control in the workshop. * Tracking diagnostics, parts orders, and repairs. * Coordinating activities to handle unscheduled jobs. * Safety and hygiene assessment. * Waste handling control. * Defining delivery dates for units to customers and advisors. * Receiving, reviewing, verifying, and delivering work orders. * Generating unit status reports and identifying assigned personnel. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** University Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanical Engineering. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation and reading of service manuals. * Human resources, materials, and tools management. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Use of ERP service system modules. * Products and services we market: light and lifting machinery.
