**CERAMAT** LEADING COMPANY IN THE SOUTH OF MEXICO REQUESTS: **SENIOR AUDITOR** We are seeking to incorporate into our team a professional responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of processes related to inventory management, through internal audits that verify adherence to applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct physical and documentary inventory audits. * Identify deviations, losses, shrinkage, or errors in product handling. * Prepare reports of findings and improvement recommendations. * Validate correct product coding, rotation, and location. * Follow up on corrective actions arising from previous audits. * Coordinate a specific team of auditors by region. **Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (degree completed) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal or External Auditing, inventory-related activities, and personnel management **Attitudes** * Willingness to travel * Willingness to perform warehouse counts * Openness to feedback * Independence * Integrity * Effective communication * Flexibility * Punctuality **Competencies** * Adaptability * Ethics and professionalism * Time management * Data analysis and statistical skills * Technical knowledge (Microsoft Office suite, Inventory Management, Internal or External Auditing, basic knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards – NIF – and International Standards on Auditing – ISA) Preferably, knowledge of Power BI and completion of some auditing or accounting courses. **Employment Conditions** * **Schedule:** Full-time. * **Willingness to travel.** Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $15,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On the road
