Contributes to continuous improvement of warehouse operations and inventory control. **Inventory Analyst** **Job Description** **Job Objective:** To efficiently and systematically manage product returns by verifying their condition, accurately documenting each movement, and ensuring proper restocking, reprocessing, or disposal in inventory—supporting inventory control and continuous warehouse improvement. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in manufacturing warehouses; experience in returns handling is preferred, as well as familiarity with ERP systems. **Responsibilities and Required Skills:** * Receiving returns. * Identifying pallets. * Inspecting, classifying, and segregating returned products for dispatch to their respective warehouses. * Conducting cycle counts to verify physical vs. system inventory accuracy. * Managing return receipt acknowledgments. * Knowledge of Good Warehousing Practices. * Attention to detail, organization, and results orientation. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Continuous improvement mindset. **Shift Rotation Availability:** Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
