We are looking for a **Purchasing Analyst – Telecommunications** responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the proper processing of purchase orders. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, controlling inventory levels, and supporting the development of supply chain management strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate and select suppliers exclusively from the technology sector (hardware, software, IT services, telecommunications). * Negotiate contracts with a focus on licenses, technical support, and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Prepare and process purchase orders for equipment, software, and technology services. * Maintain records of invoices, contracts, and product warranties related to technology. * Monitor inventory levels of technology supplies (hardware, peripherals, IT consumables). * Coordinate with systems and management departments to ensure proper processing of technology-related orders. * Support the design and implementation of supply chain strategies focused on innovation and digitalization. * Stay up to date on technological trends, cybersecurity regulations, and new digital solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Proven 2–3 years of experience in procurement within the technology industry (hardware, software, telecommunications, IT services).
