




Position Summary: We are seeking a Point-of-Sale (POS) Support Analyst to handle incidents, reconcile inventory, and ensure proper store operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a project-based **Point-of-Sale (POS) Support Analyst** (6 months) to address store incidents, perform reconciliations between physical inventory and system records, and ensure proper operation of POS terminals. This role requires advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capabilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Handle incidents from stores (approximately 93 points of sale). * Perform reconciliations among physical inventory, AX system, and POS. * Identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. * Extract data from systems and prepare follow-up reports. * Provide operational support to ensure proper POS terminal operation. **Requirements** * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). * **Advanced Excel (mandatory):** formulas, dashboards, data analysis. * Experience in administrative, inventory, or operational support roles. * Retail experience or POS system handling is desirable but not required. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **We Offer** * Gross monthly base salary: $16,000 * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers: $1,000 * On-site cafeteria * Collaborative environment and learning opportunities. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Work Location** Miguel Hidalgo; after one month, relocation to Azcapotzalco
