Practical experience or mastery of all listed topics is not required. * Knowledge of data analysis and statistics. * Willingness to travel to plants for site visits (occasionally) * **Review INROADS eligibility requirements: https://inroads.org.mx/programa-formativo/** Learn about INROADS Mexico: **https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KT_gyXZgVw** **Opportunity Details:** **Schedule:** Hybrid work mode: **Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs** **Compensation:** Approximately $15,000 gross monthly (subject to qualifications) + Statutory Benefits + Enhanced Benefits + Saturday training sessions + Tutoring-based follow-up. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the operational performance of renewable assets using SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and technical databases. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including availability, capacity factor, performance ratio, and energy losses. * Assess the reliability of wind turbines, inverters, substations, and auxiliary systems using metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, failure rate, and failure modes. * Prepare periodic technical reports on performance, reliability, and operational trends to support decision-making. * Analyze recurring events and critical failures to identify root causes (RCA). * Propose preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies. * Track technical improvement initiatives and provide feedback on outcomes.
