Focus on attention to detail and sense of responsibility **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate payroll calculation and processing for operational and administrative staff, in compliance with current legal, tax, and labor regulations, and provide timely resolution of incidents, personnel movements, and related payments. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Candidate or Graduate) * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in a similar position * **Proficiency in payroll systems and SAT, IDSE, SUA platforms** * **Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and Federal Labor Law (LFT)** * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills** * **Attention to detail and sense of responsibility** **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and reviewing payroll incidents * Calculating salaries, severance payments, year-end bonuses (aguinaldos), and vacation pay * CFDI payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) * Calculating taxes, employer-employee contributions, and other statutory contributions * Preparing and reviewing pre-payroll files * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting * IMSS employee registration, termination, and modification procedures * Responding to employee inquiries and audit requests * Coordination with Human Resources and Finance departments * Monitoring payments and bank disbursements **Key Competencies:** * Organization and adherence to deadlines * Confidentiality * Proactivity and numerical analysis * Effective communication * Teamwork and internal customer service **Applicants meeting the above profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.** ***At SEPIVER S.A. de C.V., we categorically reject any form of discrimination, abuse, violence, homophobia, or misogyny.
