Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. **GRUPO HS CAPITAL HUMANO is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Santa Fe, Paseo De Las Lomas – Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Grupo HS, we are currently seeking a **PAYROLL ANALYST** Requirements: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Public Accounting, or related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Intelisis, Nomipaq, or SAP payroll systems (preferred). Calculation of ISN, ISR, IDSE, LFT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT contributions. Calculation of variable components. Proficiency in IDSE and SUA systems. Responsibilities: * Validate weekly and biweekly pre-payroll data. * Track and maintain system records of staff vacation days taken. * Process payroll incidents in the system: onboarding, offboarding, salary modifications, overtime, absences, leaves, disciplinary actions, disabilities, special compensations, and various deductions. * Update employee tax statuses and any deduction-related information. * Enter payroll data into our system and verify all amounts prior to payroll disbursement by Treasury. * Accurately calculate and pay statutory and additional benefits, and process onboarding and offboarding in the system. * Submit employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications to IMSS on behalf of the company. * Accurately calculate IMSS and INFONAVIT contribution salaries on a bimonthly basis. **We offer:** **Base salary of $20768 gross per month** **Statutory benefits** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM** **Work location: Prol.
