




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processes, employee incidents, and validations with regulatory agencies, support audits, and assist employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll processes and employee support. 2. Handles payroll systems and current labor regulations. 3. Analytical ability and incident resolution skills. **PAYROLL ANALYST: SEND CV TO 8131060864** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * **Experience**: 2–3 years in payroll processing. * **Incident experience**: Absences, tardiness, overtime, medical leaves, vacations, severance payments, and settlements. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., NOI, SUA, IDSE, among others). * Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SAT, as well as current labor regulations. * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, basic validation and calculation formulas). **Skills:** * Attention to detail and confidentiality. * Organization and time management. * Service orientation and teamwork. * Analytical ability and incident resolution skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and calculation of payroll. * Recording and tracking of employee incidents. * Validation of transactions with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SAT. * Generation of payroll and payment reports. * Support for internal and external audits. * Addressing employee inquiries and clarifications. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m. * Availability required during payroll closings or audits.
