We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the Administration and Finance team, who will be responsible for: * Recording and validating weekly and biweekly payroll incidents, ensuring their correct integration into payroll. * Generating payroll registers and executing weekly payroll closings for delivery of supporting documents to Accounting. * Electronic stamping and distribution of payroll receipts during corresponding periods. * Managing IMSS affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Calculating and preparing supporting documents for processing severance and settlement payments, delivering such documents to Human Resources and Accounting. * Updating and maintaining the attendance control system (time clock) for employee registrations and cancellations. * Preparing, reviewing, and submitting weekly attendance reports to each department, ensuring data accuracy. * Querying and validating disabilities registered on the IMSS portal for payroll application. * Recording and tracking weekly vacation days. * Providing personalized support to employees to resolve questions and clarifications regarding payroll and vacation balances.
