




Position Summary: This role is responsible for performing direct maintenance tasks on factory assets, optimizing resources, and contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Instrument maintenance and calibration to ensure quality and safety. 2. Optimization of process control systems and PLC/HMI programming. 3. Participation in continuous improvement teams and problem-solving activities. Position Overview: * Location: Chocolate and Beverage Factory – Toluca. * Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week and weekly shift rotation covering the following shifts: 1. 6:00 am – 2:00 pm; 2. 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm; 3. 9:30 pm – 6:00 am. * Knowledge of SAP, Integrated Management System (IMS) policy, electrical management, and control & automation. **POSITION SNAPSHOT:** Perform direct maintenance tasks on factory assets using calibration and maintenance programs to ensure optimal operational and safety conditions for instrumentation equipment, measurement and control devices, electrical systems, power distribution, and protection coordination—optimizing available resources and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to strengthen operations, profitability, and competitiveness of the company. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF:** 1. Execute the instrument calibration program using IT tools and reference instruments to ensure proper functionality, compliance with product quality parameters, and facility safety. 2. Optimize process control systems by applying PLC programming and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) knowledge to ensure optimal system performance and effectiveness of interventions. Address process and recipe changes required for product innovation. 3. Perform instrumentation maintenance, participate in MDC (Maintenance Development Committee) teams, apply calibration practices, propose maintenance frequencies, develop calibration and maintenance procedures and instructions, update maintenance guidelines, and resolve issues raised during each meeting—to ensure optimal condition and correct operation of measurement and control components. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:** * Knowledge of automatic control systems and industrial instrumentation. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Allen Bradley systems. * Knowledge of environmental hazards and aspects.
