Four blocks from Polanco metro station. **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (graduated or final-year student). * 1–2 years of experience managing payroll for 250–300 employees, including incident receipt, control and review, payroll reconciliation (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit), calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk, vacation accruals, incapacity leave, etc. * 1–2 years of experience handling settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), PTU (Profit Sharing), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years of experience performing tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, Worker-Employer contribution reporting.
